My Dance New website is about dancing information. This includes various things I've learned in my experience dancing. This is not a how to. I will have links to other places that may help you there. Most of my experience is in ballroom dance. These pages will be my editorials about what I've seen and learned about dancing.

Take a look at the Comps link to find out about competitions and shows in the Seattle area. The following competitions occur on a regular basis in the Seattle area:

USABDA Northwest Regionals is in June and,
Seattle Star Ball is in August.

If you want to know about places to social dance (ballroom) in Seattle, click the link at the bottom to Seattle Dance News. Its another one of my personal sites. I have a list (of sorts) of instructors and studios I've been to or heard of.
