www.rhinestoneguy.com You can get rhinestones to put on a costume here. They have both glue on and sew on stones. They have a nice selection of colors and size. I've purchased stones from here and I've been very pleased with them. I may not be the most creative person, but these stones definitely give me ideas. When you call (they are in the USA) you can ask if what you need is in stock. I had a time issue and was able to change my requirements to what they had in stock at that time. This way I didn't have to wait.

www.chrisanne.co.uk Chisanne in the UK sells rhinestones. They are definitely worth a look if you need large quantities of some stones. Most of their stones seem to sell in 10 gross quantities (1 gross = 144).
